BUSINESS IMPACT OF PRACTICE IN PROGRAM GRADUATES OF ARCHITECTURE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF COSTA, CUC BARRANQUILLA CITY - ATLANTIC ; Incidencia de la práctica empresarial en los graduados del programa de Arquitectura de la Universidad de la costa, CUC de la ciudad de Barranquilla – Atlántico

With the creation, in 2005, the Observatorio Laboral de la Educación (OLE); el Ministerio de EducaciónNacional (MEN) establishes policies and tracking of graduates working relationship. Therefore, highereducation institutions in the country are driven to create, strengthen or consolidate research processesfor the working conditions of its graduates, occupational trend of its professionals in the world of work andthe opinion they have about studies. In the operationalization of the above policies, researchers of Architecture Program at the University of Costa, carried out the study of the employment impact of the studentswho obtained the title of Architect since 2006 to 2013 from the analysis of the categories: General information, Employment status, Competencies, Complementary studies and Level identity with the institution andimpact on the social and academic environment. The investigation becomes an important input in plans forimproving the quality of the program, aiming to strengthen relations between the institution and graduatesand encouraging the pursuit of academic, cultural, social and business alliances. ; Con la creación, en el año 2005, del Observatorio Laboral de la Educación (OLE); el Ministerio de EducaciónNacional (MEN) establece políticas de seguimiento y vinculación laboral de los graduados. Por talmotivo, las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) del país son impulsadas a generar, fortalecer oconsolidar procesos de investigación que permita conocer las condiciones laborales de sus graduados,la tendencia ocupacional de sus profesionales en el mundo del trabajo, es decir, el impacto que éstostienen en el mercado y la opinión que ellos poseen sobre los estudios realizados. En la operacionalizaciónde las políticas mencionadas, investigadores del Programa de Arquitectura de la Universidad de la Costa,CUC, efectuaron el estudio del impacto laboral de los estudiantes que obtuvieron el título de Arquitectoentre los años 2006 a 2013, a partir del análisis de las categorías: Información General, ...
