Estado e Pol??ticas P??blicas no Vale do Javari: os Kanamari e o Programa Bolsa Fam??lia

Esta disserta????o trata sobre a inser????o dos Kanamari no Programa Bolsa Fam??lia. Proponho refletir aspectos envolvendo o povo Kanamari, especificamente, os que se encontram na Terra Ind??gena denominada Vale do Javari, na fronteira do Brasil com o Peru. O principal objetivo ?? compreender como as pol??ticas p??blicas de transfer??ncia de renda dinamizam a mobilidade Kanamari para a Atalaia do Norte - AM e influenciam a sua perman??ncia na beira da cidade. Atrav??s de um panorama das a????es do Estado, desde a cria????o do SPI, em 1910, at?? os dias de hoje, com a cria????o de institui????es voltadas para os povos ind??genas, realizou-se uma etnografia da inser????o dos Kanamari no Programa Bolsa Fam??lia (PBF). Percebe-se que as pol??ticas atuais do Governo Federal n??o romperam com projetos que t??m sido feitos ao longo da hist??ria e, por mais que os programas de transfer??ncia de renda se constituam em projetos que pretendem abranger as demandas dos povos ind??genas, por outro lado, causam uma situa????o nova e complexa para estes povos e para as institui????es envolvidas. ; This dissertation deals with the insertion of Kanamari on the Bolsa Fam??lia program. I propose to reflect about aspects involving the Kanamari people,specifically, those found in the Indigenous Land called Javari Valley, at the border of Brazil with Peru. The main objective is to understand how public policies of income transfer streamline the Kanamari's mobility to Atalaia do Norte/ AM and influence their staying at the edge of the town. Through an overview of the State's actions, since the creation of SPI in 1910 until the present days, with the creation of institutions focused on indigenous peoples, it is realized an ethnography of the insertion of the Kanamari people on the Bolsa Fam??lia Program (PBF).
