نبذة مختصرة : Bubrežni kamenci i njihovo liječenje oduvijek prate čovjeka. ; Kidney stones and their treatment have always followed a man and his development. Prevention, hydration, and limited intake of purine-based foods lead to a decrease in the formation of stones. The chemical composition of stones are different, but the most frequent are made of calcium oxalate. Stones in the kidney are usually asymptomatic but also can be presented with renal colic. The treatment of urolithiasis are symptomatic but in some patients operative treatment is needed. Today mostly used surgical methods are minimally invasive methods Since 1976, when percutaneous nephrolithotripsia was introduced as a primary method, the doctors noted that the success of this technique requires further education and training. In recent times this method is used for treatment of the kidney stones larger than 2 cm Postoperative complications could be significant an led to the minipercutaneous nephrolithotripsy in 1997. MiniPCNL uses nefroscopes up to 20 Fr and leads to a reduction in postoperative complications, and ...
