نبذة مختصرة : This work proposes to carry out an analysis between three methods to maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of a photovoltaic array. The photovoltaic arrays present a characteristic curve in which it presents an ideal operating point which it can be extract the maximum power possible. MPPT’s algorithms perform the search of this operating point, although photovoltaic arrays have a nonlinear nature and present some uncertainties due to irradiance and tempature variations, which harm the performance usual algorithms. The Incremental Conductance (IC) method, the Perturb and Observe (P&O) and Extremum Seeking Control (ESC) are analyzed in this study This work brings the two first techniques, which are classic MPPT methods, for compararison with the third technique which is proposed as the most efficient between the techniques presented. All the techniques brought on this work do not depend on the mathematical model of the PV system which is an advantage for avoid the non linearities and intrinsic uncertainties of the system. At the end of this work are expected that the obtained results via simulation prove that Extremum Seeking Control presents the better performance compared to the other proposed techniques.
