Over the years, land has become an object of profit and advanced techniques in conjunction with technology led agriculture to be one of the main reasons for generating income, on the other hand, the environments transformed into crops, underwent major changes influenced in their majority by the capitalist agriculture of large companies and multinationals. In an attempt to counteract the present difficulties, the Agroforestry Systems and Syntropic Agriculture of the researcher Ernest Götsch demonstrate their ability to regenerate the environment and guarantee sustainability once they are implemented in agricultural production. Thus, the objective of this work was to analyze the Sustainable Development Program of Cariri, Seridó and Curimataú (PROCASE) as a public policy benefiting countless rural families in the semi-arid region of Paraíba with reforestation actions. The project for the Implementation of Agroforestry Systems brought a new vision for farmers, it was identified three communities that apply the techniques of Syntropic Agriculture in their crops. The results show that it is extremely important to have programs and public policies that serve small producers, taking information and knowledge through visits and training classes on how to develop agricultural production aimed at recovering degraded areas. It was also possible to identify soil recovery, restoring and increasing its fertility and biomass, increase of native, forage and fruit species as primordial species that help in the recovery of the ecosystem and a new vision of sustainable agriculture capable of transforming the landscape. In this way, it is possible to understand that the adoption of reforestation is a viable option to reverse the vulnerable situation that many rural families find themselves in. SAFs and syntropic agriculture encourage maximum protection and adequate soil management, transforming degraded areas subject to erosion into increasingly fertile soils. ; Com o passar dos anos a terra tornou-se objeto de lucro e as técnicas ...
