نبذة مختصرة : Cilj ovoga rada bio je prikazati suvremenu tehnologiju proizvodnje graška te mjere njege i zaštite usjeva na površinama PIK-a Vinkovci tijekom proizvodne 2017. godine. PIK Vinkovci proizvodnjom graška bavi se od 2010. godine, a cjelokupni proizvodni proces u potpunosti je mehaniziran pa proizvodnja graška ima više karakteristike ratarske negoli klasične povrtlarske proizvodnje. Radi postizanja sigurnog i stabilnog prinosa, proizvodnja je organizirana isključivo na navodnjavanim površinama, a kako bi se izbjeglo narušavanje dinamike žetve, sve agrotehničke mjere provedene su precizno i pravodobno. Grašak je bio zasijan na ukupno 132,26 ha i to na dvjema lokacijama u periodu od 15. travnja do 2. svibnja. S obzirom na to da su klimatski uvjeti, vrijeme i rok sjetve bitni čimbenici proizvodnje graška, stres uzrokovan visokim temperaturama tijekom cvatnje i nalijevanja zrna značajno se odrazio na ostvareni prinos. ; The aim of this paper was to present the modern technology of peas production as well as production practices and crop protection on the production fields of PIK Vinkovci during the production year of 2017. PIK Vinkovci has been producing peas since 2010. and the entire production process is now fully mechanized, so the production of peas has characteristics of conventional crop production comparing to traditional vegetable production in small gardens. In order to achieve a safe and stable yield, production is organized exclusively on irrigated areas with all agro-technical measures carried out accurately and in time. Peas was sown on a total of 132.26 ha, at two locations, in the period from April 15 to May 2. Given that climatic conditions, time and sowing date are important factors in peas production, the stress caused by high temperatures during flowering and grain pouring significantly affected on the achieved yield.
