Общественно-частное партнерство как организационно-правовая форма развития инфраструктуры

Статья посвящена инновационному развитию инфраструктуры на базе общественно-частного партнерства. Рассматриваются модели управления инфраструктурой и основные формы инвестиционных вложений. Обосновывается возможность применения новой модели развития, инфраструктуры на базе общественно-частного партнерства как системы публично-частных гражданско-правовых отношений государства компаний и некоммерческих организаций по совместному осуществлению инновационно-инвестиционных проектов. ; Тhe article is devoted to the innovative development of infrastructure based on public and private partnership.
