The sample comprised 68 teachers of Veterinary Medicine who answered an online questionnaire. Using theoretical support of teacher training and pedagogical pointing recognition of the need for a qualification that perspective as a result of the will and commitment of the innovative educator. You can check that only 18.5% of professors in the course of Veterinary Medicine held expertise in the field of education. The majority of respondents 36.8% have teaching experience of more than 15 years. Teachers mostly have a high degree of satisfaction in the profession.
