FEATURES OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SEMANTIC STRUCTURE OF LEXEMES IN THE DICTIONARY OF THE LANGUAGE OF UKRAINIAN FOLKLORE ; ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОПИСУ СЕМАНТИЧНОЇ СТРУКТУРИ ЛЕКСЕМ У СЛОВНИКУ МОВИ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО ФОЛЬКЛОРУ

The article is devoted to the problem of describing the semantics of lexemes present in the language of folklore. Issues related to the study of word semantics will always be in the focus of linguists' attention, as it is one of the most variable and dynamic levels of language. These include, in particular, the question of the semantic originality of a folklore word and its lexicographic representation. The language of folklore is an important component of the national language, but it, surprisingly, was not the object of purposeful lexicography. Therefore, today it is necessary to develop methodological principles and principles of lexicographic description of verbal units present in the language of folklore. The lack of established methodological approaches and principles of lexicographic parameterization of language factsof oral folk art, as well as direct multi-page practical attempts of such a description, determines the relevance of our work. The purpose of the article will be to present some examples of lexicographic parameterization of the semantics of various verbal facts found in various folklore texts. Achieving the set goal will consist in identifying typical verbal units that function in the language of folklore, clarifying the main features of the semantics of a folklore word, providing examples of lexicographic description of linguistic facts of folklore. Examples will necessarily be accompanied by contexts, which will be taken directly from the texts of oral folk art. It should be noted that the semantics of words used in folklore texts has a distinct specificity, since such lexemes can have connotative evaluative, ethnocultural, symbolic and other meanings in their structure, which require a certain reflection in the dictionary article. A folklore word is often characterized by maximum generalization of the semantics of the word.
