نبذة مختصرة : In this article, the objective was to develop a problematization about the configuration of Brazilian educational policies with regard to the education of people with disabilities. To this end, national legislation covering the period from 2014 to 2022 is analyzed, in view of the validity of the National Education Plan (2014-2024). The analytical corpus is composed of the National Education Plan (2014-2024), Law No. 13,146, of July 6, 2015, Constitutional Amendment No. 95 of December 15, 2016, the National Common Curricular Base and Decree No. 10,502 of September 30, 2020. As a theoretical-methodological contribution, the analysis is based on Foucauldian Studies in Education, based on the understanding of governmentality. It is clear that, in the period analyzed, the actions undertaken by the State converge into three movements: the dismantling of the social rights of people with disabilities; the fading of the principle of universalization of education to overcome educational inequalities; the destruction of the legal right to quality education. It is concluded, therefore, that these movements constitute a form of negligence by the State in the social pact, which constitutes a process of making the lives of people with disabilities vulnerable in the Brazilian political framework in recent years. ; En este artículo, el objetivo fue desarrollar una problematización sobre la configuración de las políticas educativas brasileñas en relación con la educación de personas con discapacidad.
