Satisfaction of Tourists to the Supply Chain of Agricultural Tourism in Rayong Province ; ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร จ.ระยอง

The objective of this research was to study the satisfaction of tourists to the supply chain of agricultural tourism in Rayong. The subjects were 330 tourists obtained by accidental sampling and collected data by questionnaire. The statistics in analysis were; mean, frequency, percentage and standard deviation. The research found that majority of tourists were satisfied with the upstream factors at the high-level including resources, water and electricity respectively. In addition, the medium-level of satisfaction was the level of satisfaction with the tools and equipment, waste / recycling and local handicrafts / local processed goods respectively. In the midstream, most tourists have high levels of satisfaction, including travel services, places and activities respectively. In the accommodation and transportation were in medium-level of satisfaction. Downstream factors received high levels of satisfaction from tourists. ; งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร จ.ระยอง ตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 330 ราย โดยเลือกจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลงานวิจัยพบว่านักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อปัจจัยต้นน้ำในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านทรัพยากร รองลงมาคือเรื่องน้ำและไฟฟ้า อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้นักท่องเที่ยวให้ระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ รองลงมาคือด้านขยะ/การนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ และด้านงานฝีมือท้องถิ่น/สินค้าท้องถิ่น แปรรูป ในด้านปัจจัยกลางน้ำ นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ได้ให้ระดับความพึงพอใจระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านบริการท่องเที่ยว รองลงมาคือ สถานที่และกิจกรรม ในส่วนด้านที่พักอาศัย และการขนส่งการเดินทาง นักท่องเที่ยวให้ระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง ด้านปัจจัยปลายน้ำนักท่องเที่ยวได้ให้ระดับความพึงพอใจระดับมาก
