Walter dating from July 1995 through September 1996. Interviews were conducted as part of a faculty fellow project, sponsored by the Baylor University Institute for Oral History, and are part of the Baylor University project. The project focuses on documenting the origins of the economics department–later the department of family and consumer sciences– through interviews with past faculty members.
