Introduction: in 2015, Europe is facing a migration crisis. In France, 40% of migrants are spread throughout the capital, and 60% in the major urban centres of the border regions. PASS (Permanences d'Accès aux Soins de Santé), hospital facilities, offer medical and social services to people in precarious situations, including migrants in precarious residence (newcomers, asylum seekers, undocumented migrants). Objective: we are looking for a difference in the socio-demographic and health characteristics of migrants in precarious residence between Ile-de-France and peripheral PASS. Materials and method: this comparative multicentre retrospective study is based on the study of the national PASS collective which took place from 10 to 20 October 2016. Migrants in precarious stay consultant in PASS have been included. The comparison of the data was carried out according to the Fisher test. Results: 590 patients were included, 287 in 10 Ile-de-France PASS and 303 in 19 peripheral PASS. The subjects are young, single and have been in France for less than a year. They come from Sub-Saharan Africa, and live in groups. Two thirds have no social security coverage. They consult for digestive, infectious and musculoskeletal diseases. In Ile-de-France passes, the male/female ratio is higher, 2. 4/1 (1. 3/1 in the outskirts). There are more workers and 30% more undeclared jobs, 78% of them undeclared. In the peripheral PASS, there are 1. 27 times more migrants present for less than a year, 41% of the consultations required a translation. Conclusion: these results highlight the multiple vulnerabilities of asylum seekers and undocumented migrants and highlight the necessary work of PASS. The differences in migrants'characteristics suggest that the PASS network should be adapted locally with their different social actors to improve the efficiency of care. ; Introduction : en 2015, l’Europe subit une crise migratoire.
