Formas de interacci?n en la plataforma Twitch: caso Streamers ? categor?a m?sica

El siguiente estudio explor? las formas de interacci?n en la plataforma Twitch a partir del auge originado por la pandemia del Covid-19, con el objetivo de analizar las interacciones entre streamer y comunidad; y el performance desarrollado en las transmisiones. A trav?s de un enfoque cualitativo con m?todo etnogr?fico digital se observaron a dos streamers hispanohablantes de la categor?a M?sica, uno nacional y otro internacional, durante el mes de septiembre del a?o 2022, adicionalmente se realiz? un grupo focal de diez participantes con la finalidad de conocer sobre las interacciones en Twitch. Los streamers presentaron que sus interacciones fueron diferentes debido a las din?micas que conllevaron en sus transmisiones, mientras que el grupo focal demuestra la flexibilidad de interacciones que se puede desarrollar en la plataforma. Finalmente, se demuestra que Twitch es una plataforma que ofrece diferentes formas de interacci?n y las experiencias obtenidas de cada streamer no son iguales. ; The following study explored the forms of interaction on the platform Twitch from the boom caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, with the objective of analyzing the interactions between streamer and community; and the performance developed on streams. Through a qualitative approach with a digital ethnographic method, two spanish-speaking streamers from the Music category were observed, one national and one international, during the month of september 2022, additionally a focus group of ten participants was held in order to know about the interactions on Twitch. The streamers presented that their interactions were different due to the dynamics that they entailed in their streams, while the focus group demonstrates the flexibility of interactions that can be developed on the platform.
