نبذة مختصرة : International audience ; Introduction: Night Shift Hospital Workers (NSHW) are exposed to a degradation of the quality of life at work (QWL) because of the alteration of circadian rhythms. The COVID-19 pandemic, through organizational changes, may have amplified this situation and altered QWL.Objective: To describe and characterize the dimensions on which to act to improve the QWL of NSHW during a pandemic.Method: Lexicometric and thematic analysis of textual responses of responses from the ALADDIN questionnaire (June–September 2020).Results: In total, 626 responses analyzed. Three levels of action to improve QWL: (i) individual: better access to training; improvement of relations between colleagues, with day workers and with the hierarchy; access to a balanced meal during work periods; (ii) field: better organization of schedules and ergonomics of services; (iii) institutional: better recognition of skills, an increase in salary, and an increase in staff.Conclusion: It is necessary to develop interventions with and for NSHW that take into account the specificities of night work in hospitals in order to best respond to their needs, in a global approach of their QWL. ; Introduction : Les travailleurs hospitaliers de nuit (THN) sont exposés à une dégradation de la qualité de vie au travail (QVT) à cause de l’altération des rythmes circadiens.
