نبذة مختصرة : Aim: To highlight some skills through literature to improve the daily communication between caregivers and parents in the NICU. Methods: a narrative review based on a corpus of texts on PubMed with records which deal with communication in neonate. All types of articles were included. Title/abstract screening and full-text analysis were conducted by multiple, independent coders. Data from selected articles were analysed using deductive and inductive thematic analysis. Results: 32 articles included were categorized in 3 themes: basic skills of good communication, tools and means of strengthening communication and learning communication. Conclusion: Studies showed that these basic skills are: preparing the meeting, using the infant's name, having a dedicated caregiver for each infant, being interested in the psychosocial/lifestyle topics, paying intention to non-verbal communication, knowing what parents want to know and how to say it. Some tools and means of strengthening communication are acronyms, communicative algorithm, written information, counselling tools, Facetime or SMS or adapted communication to foreign parents. To learn communication, simulation or calling on a counsellor are good ways. ; Objectif : évaluer comment la communication est réalisée en Réanimation néonatale et donner des outils pour aider la communication entre les soignants et les parents en néonatologie pour les conversations quotidiennes. Méthode : revue narrative issue d'une recherche de la littérature sur PubMed avec des articles traitant de la communication en néonatologie. Tous les types d'articles ont été inclus. Le screening des titres/résumés et l'analyse des textes entiers ont été réalisés par plusieurs codeurs indépendants.
