The People’s Expectation Towards Working Role of Li Administrative Organization, Li District, Lamphun Province ; ความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาล ตำบลลี้ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน

The objectives of this thematic paper were 1) to study people’s expectation towards Li Sub-district Municipal performance, 2) to compare level of people’s expectation towards Li Sub-district Municipal performance, and 3) to study problems and suggestions on Li Sub-district Municipal performance. It is quantitative research by collecting the 384 sampling group from the whole population of Li Sub-district. In the data analysis, the statistics are used such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test and F-test. Results were presented in descriptive tables. The research findings were as follows: 1. The people’s expectation towards Li Sub-district was rated at a high level. When considering by aspect, it was found that the social and cultural aspect being rated at a high level, followed by economy and tourism,and politics and administration 2. In the comparision on the expectations between the different people in sex, age, level of education, and occupation, it did not differ in level with statistical significance. 3. The suggestions in solutions the problems as follows ; 3.1 the problems were that the lack of proper admin- knowledge, the un comfortatble road and non covered telephone signal in the village, no subsidiary jobs for people, lack of knowledge on sufficiency economy; 3.2 the solutions were that there should be occupational training and promotion, providing the people with knowledge on sufficiency economy so that they would apply such knowledge to subsidize family income, and the participatory administration with vilagers. ; สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาลตำบลลี้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความคาดหวังของประชาชนที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาลตำบล 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาลตำบลลี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คัดเลือก กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรทั้งหมด ได้จำนวน 384 คน ในการวิเคราะห์ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่า t - test, F – test ...
