Protección de inmigrantes y requirentes de asilo en el sistema interamericano de protección de los Derechos Humanos : 'el principio de no devolución y el Estado'

Title: Protection of immigrants and asylum seekers in the inter-American system for the protection of Human Rights: "The principle of non-refoulement and the State". Abstract: This work will seek to inform about the protection of immigrants and asylum seekers within the inter-American Human Rights system. In particular, the right to seek and receive asylum will be analyzed in relation to the principle of non- refoulement. It is considered useful to bring up this brief descriptive analysis of this principle due to the impact that the Inter-American Court can adopt in the prevention of human rights violations in the face of possible state measures adopted by the states of the region. ; Fil: Cura, Rocío Yasmín. Se analizará, en particular, el derecho de buscar y recibir asilo en relación con el principio de no devolución. Se considera útil traer a colación este breve análisis descriptivo de dicho principio debido a la incidencia que puede adoptar la Corte Interamericana en la prevención de violaciones a los derechos humanos frente a las eventuales medidas estatales que adopten los Estados de la región.
