FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE INFRINGEMENT OF CRIMINAL LAW BY TEENAGERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CHIQUINQUIRÁ ; FACTORES QUE INCIDEN EN LA INFRACCIÓN DE LA LEY PENAL POR PARTE DE LOS ADOLESCENTES EN EL MUNICIPIO DE CHIQUINQUIRÁ ; LES FACTEURS QUI INFLUENT SUR L’INFRACTION DE LA LOI PÉNALE PAR DES ADOLESCENTS DANS LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE CHIQUINQUIRÁ. ; FATORES QUE AFETAM NA INFRAÇÃO DO DIREITO PENAL PELA PARTE DOS ADOLESCENTES NO MUNICÍPIO DE CHIQUINQUIRÁ

The increase of admission to specialized centers for teenagers who break the criminal law for trafficking, theft, and carnal access, among other crimes, has become a problem of great concern for the society of Chiquinquirá, due to the fact that no legal response has been found to the criminal problem. The objective of this research was to analyze the social, economic and cultural factors that affect the commission of crimes by adolescent offenders of the Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents in the municipality of Chiquinquirá, department of Boyacá (Colombia). From the field of legal sociology and under the theoretical approach of the same, a particular aproximation was made to the evaluation of quality of life and theorization on basic social justice. ; El aumento de ingreso a centros especializados para adolescentes infractores de la ley penal por tráfico, hurto, acceso carnal, entre otros delitos, se ha convertido en un problema de gran preocupación para la sociedad chiquinquireña, debido a que no se ha encontrado respuesta jurídica al problema delincuencial. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los factores sociales, económicos y culturales que inciden en la comisión de delitos por parte de los adolescentes infractores del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes en el municipio de Chiquinquirá, departamento de Boyacá (Colombia).
