نبذة مختصرة : This work is composed of training narratives that bring teaching initiation programs (Institutional Program of Scholarships for Teaching Initiation and Pedagogical Residency) as object of study, in which I present the experiences lived during the training activities of the Pedagogy course. This research has the general objective of narrating my training process in the teaching initiation programs that have made me a teacher in the Pedagogy course at Campus Vale do Rio Madeira in Humaitá-Amazonas. For this, I use clippings of training spaces to: identify programs and purposes for training graduates in Pedagogy; check teaching activities and experiences; identify the projects and practices developed; describe the significant experiences for my training. The methodology is based on training narratives. I conclude that: PIBID and RP as programs enable immersion in school, indicates that the path from teaching to teaching is complex and requires commitment, ethics and dedication; the training and project offered help to think about future teaching practice; the experiences lived were significant for my formation as a future teacher and pedagogue. Finally, I consider that the PIBID and RP programs contributed to my academic trajectory, in the sense that each project has its specificity, but with similar objectives, which is to provide an improvement that adds theory and teaching practice, envolvem the person and the professional, in this way This way makes it possible to train teachers so that they can deal with and solve problems that arise and that require decision-making ; Este trabalho é composto por narrativas de formação que trazem como objeto de estudos programas de iniciação à docência (Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência e a Residência Pedagógica), em que apresento as experiências vivenciadas ao longo das atividades formativas do curso de Pedagogia.
