نبذة مختصرة : This article is the product of a first round of interviews and documentary analysis of the didactic programming or teaching guide, corresponding to the first phase of the doctoral research entitled “Analysis of the Pedagogical Practices of Beginning and Experienced Teachers in the Context of Professional Development of University Teachers: The Case of the National Autonomous University of Honduras” (UNAH), in which 9 professors from the regional center Ciudad Universitaria, campus located in the capital city of Tegucigalpa participated, of which the present writing describes the main findings related to two professors from the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Social Sciences of the UNAH, a mentor and a beginner. For data collection, a semi-structured interview via Zoom was conducted with the professors, as well as an analysis matrix to review the didactic programs (teaching guides). The coding was carried out using MaxQda software, within the framework of 4 major dimensions: didactic planning, didactic content, teaching-learning methodology and evaluation of learning.
