Educational technology in health for users of hemodynamics about the cine-coronary arteriography examination: descriptive study ; Tecnologia educativa em saúde para usuários da hemodinâmica sobre o exame cineangiocoronariografia: estudo descritivo

Objective: to identify the need to guide users served at the service of hemodynamics of a teaching hospital about the cine-coronary arteriography examination, by creating an educational booklet from their representations about this examination. Method: this is a descriptive and exploratory study, with qualitative approach, which takes as a theoretical benchmark the social representations of users who will be subjected to the cine-coronary arteriography in relation to the aforesaid exam. The study setting will be the service of hemodynamics of the University Hospital Antônio Pedro/HUAP. The data production will be held through semi-structured interviews. Concerning the analysis, the content analysis technique will be used. Expected results: through this study, one intends to provide a qualified care, with basis on the needs for information of users of the service of hemodynamics who will undergo the cine-coronary arteriography, resulting in actual adherence to the preparation of the examination, enabling the use of health care technologies, which are tools required to the practice of the nursing professional. RESUMO Objetivo: identificar a necessidade de orientações dos usuários atendidos no serviço de hemodinâmica de um hospital universitário acerca do exame cineangiocoronariografia, criando cartilha educativa a partir de suas representações acerca do exame. Método: estudo descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, que utiliza como marco teórico as representações sociais dos usuários que serão submetidos à cineangiocoronariografia em relação ao referido exame.
