      In the current digital dynamics of online interactions, experiences are presumed to only have purpose if mediated by social networks and their technologies. The use of verbs such as "live," "play," and "be" makes room for "publish," "share," and "like." Excessive and unbounded exposure sensitizes relationships, full development, and the protection of fundamental rights, forming a mixture of symbolic violence. Parents, under a naive and vain belief in the exercise of freedom of expression, end up weaving the threads of their children's experiences through sharing. What makes it even more delicate is that the exposure of children and adolescents occurs without any evaluation or objection, contradicting the ethics of care. The platformization of life on social networks has enabled the increasing commercial exposure of the child and teenage audience, turning entertainment into child labor without notice, as they are subjected to hours of recordings and rehearsals, which is prohibited by the Federal Constitution in its Article 7, XXXIII. Updated and intimidating, the problem focuses on seeking answers to address the psycho-legal effects in the labor context of the exposure of children and adolescents through social networks to define child labor. The rethinking of Labor Law and the Rights of the Child and Adolescent within the scope of the agility of networks is justified by the difficulty of qualifying commercial child exposure and the working conditions of children and adolescents. The aim is to examine the legal consequences of parents exposing their children for pecuniary purposes from a labor perspective in designating the condition of child labor and outlining the individualistic conception of the subject in relation to the playful and recreational.
