The isolated E . coli strains were collected from Korean wild animal feces and they were separated into three major lineages based on ileS sequences [ 68 ]. The ( stx1+ stx2 )-positive group marked by shaded light orange color. The bootstrap values are provided above branches of tree, and the given bootstrap numbers are indicated as neighbor-joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methods.
