Data analysis was triangulated for more than a third of the interuiews. Data sufficiency was achieved. Results: twelve people were interviewed. Participation in the workshops was encouraged by a climate of trust and a venue that was accessible and conducive to discussion. The workshops have a positive impact on people's social lives and overall well-being. They reduce social isolation and encourage local solidarity. Lifestyle changes are initiated. The physical and mental well-being generated meets the expectations of the people interviewed. These workshops improve individual and collective empowerment.
