نبذة مختصرة : Given the need for studies on documentary assessment and the need for better treatment of documents in federal authorities. This paper discusses the implementation of the temporality table and destination of documents in the Bahia Regional Council of Physical Education. In this sense, it aims to analyze the documentary evaluation process and implementation of the temporality table and destination of documents in CREF13. Specifically, we sought to identify the legislation, norms and guidelines that influence documentary evaluation in CREF13, identify the species and documentary types of the CREF13 archive, according to the activities developed and verify the temporality and destination of identified documentary types. Regarding methodological procedures, it is characterized as a descriptive research based on a case study and participating observation, also uses bibliographic research to understand the theme addressed. The results achieved indicate that CREF13 does not have specific policies aimed at documentary assessment, but there are some legislations that influenced this process, such as Ordinance No. 398 that defines the document classification code and TTDD, guiding its application, guiding its application ; and Law No. 9,696 which regulates the profession of Physical Education and creates the Federal Council and the respective Regional Councils of Physical Education. As for the process of implementing CREF13, it involved the analysis of organizational structure, Surve's Species and Types and Documents , as well as the analysis of temporality and destination of documents, describing them and properly placing them in the temporality table according to the codes.
