В статье изложены основные принципы регулирования государственных закупок в крупных компаниях, корпорациях, холдингах с участием в уставном капитале Российской Федерации, рассматриваются контрактно-закупочные системы, условия формирования планов госзакупок и порядок их реализации. Особое место отводится рассмотрению системы контроля закупочной деятельности в государственных компаниях. ; The article describes the main public procurement principles of regulation in large companies, corporations, holding companies with the equity state participation of the Russian Federation.
