نبذة مختصرة : The article is devoted to the review and analysis of international legal standards for the protection of human rights in the digital age, in particular the resolutions of the UN General Assembly, the UN Human Rights Council, human rights treaty bodies. The article considers international legal acts adopted to ensure a safe, inclusive and transformational digital era. The author notes that digital technologies have become the most important factor influencing the provision of human rights and sustainable development. Special attention is paid to gender aspects in the protection of human rights in the digital age. The article also discusses the measures taken in Uzbekistan to ensure fair and inclusive digitalization, ensuring and protecting human rights in the context of digital transformation. It is noted that in this case, special attention is paid to expanding opportunities for youth and women.
