The primary objective of this study was to report outcomes after multiligament reconstruction and to determine the PASS with a minimum follow-up of 12 months. A retrospective, single-center analysis was conducted on 85 patients managed for knee dislocation at Caen University Hospital between 07/2008 and 12/2019. At a follow-up of 4.8 years, the subjective IKDC was 72.22, the Lysholm was 83, and the Tegner was 3.95. The PASS threshold value was 67.9 and 80 for the subjective IKDC and Lysholm scores respectively. At the last follow-up, 78.6% reported a satisfactory state. 90.5% did not report any instability in daily life. Low-trauma intensity was predictive of reaching PASS for the subjective IKDC (Odds Ratio 10.507, 95% CI 1.074 to 102.839, p=0.043). Patients in the "sedentary/light" work group returned significantly more often to work without modification than the "moderate/heavy" work group (p=0.038). At the last follow-up, 25 patients (59.5%) were engaged in sports activities. No significant difference was found according to the type of graft used. This study allowed us to define the PASS threshold value for the subjective IKDC and the Lysholm, with a minimum setback of one year. Trauma intensity was defined as a risk factor limiting PASS achievement. Return to work is possible after multiligament reconstruction, but may require adjustment for moderate or heavy work. Allograft management provides comparable outcomes to autograft reconstructions.
