      U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je proces izrade i testiranja uređaja za injekcijsko ubrizgavanje plastike, specifično prilagođenog za izradu standardiziranih uzoraka od polipropilena (PP) namijenjenih ispitivanju mehaničkih svojstava. Uređaj koristi stalak za bušilicu i grijač s digitalnim kontrolerom za precizno zagrijavanje i ubrizgavanje plastike u aluminijski kalup. Rad obuhvaća detaljan opis sastavljanja uređaja, postavljanje parametara, kao i postupak izrade uzorka te vađenje istog iz kalupa. Dobiveni uzorci korišteni su za ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava, čime je potvrđena funkcionalnost uređaja. Uređaj omogućuje preciznu i ponovljivu izradu uzoraka, što ga čini pogodnim za laboratorijske analize polimernih materijala. ; This thesis presents the process of designing and testing a plastic injection molding machine, specifically adapted for producing standardized polypropylene (PP) samples intended for mechanical property testing. The device utilizes a drill stand and a heater with a digital controller for precise heating and injection of plastic into an aluminum mold. The thesis includes a detailed description of the assembly of the device, parameter setup, as well as the process of sample production and its extraction from the mold. The obtained samples were used for mechanical property testing, confirming the device's functionality. The device enables precise and repeatable sample production, making it suitable for laboratory analyses of polymer materials.
