      The article describes how the logic of the market has penetrated teacher training, and highlights the execution of the programs of Fundação Itaú Social and Fundação Telefônica Vivo, which were inserted in the continuing education of teachers. The theoretical-methodological contributions of dialectical-historical materialism guided the course of document analysis, it is a documentary research, whose main sources are documents from the external loan agreement between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Municipality Manaus. In this way, it is possible to observe the materialization of the financing of the actions of the Project for the Expansion and Educational Improvement of the Public Network of Manaus, understood as a public policy inserted in the core of public education, which incorporated the guidelines of the IDB, guaranteeing the commodification of teacher training. of basic education. The results show the naturalization that everything that involves public education can and should be converted into tradable goods and products. In this analysis, the implications of the public-private partnership system in education, implemented by agreements, agreements and contracts with the public entity, correspond to the privatist logic, in which the private sector is called upon to lead, support and support the public sector development. ; El artículo describe cómo la lógica del mercado ha penetrado en la formación de profesores, y destaca la ejecución de los programas de la Fundação Itaú Social y de la Fundação Telefônica Vivo, que se insertaron en la formación continua de los profesores.
