نبذة مختصرة : By understanding that we live in a society that excludes and silences the subjects of social and cultural practices, due to the identity avenues that these people cross and that result in various discriminations - among them, the LGBT+ populations, and considering that this exclusion promotes a denial of access to rights such as leisure, this study aimed to identify and analyze LGBT+ agendas related to public leisure policies in the Brazilian scenario. As a methodological strategy, we used the clipping of documentary research and literature review. For the document analysis, an investigation of public leisure policies developed in bills, in the National Human Rights Plan, resolutions, decrees, basic texts for national conferences and reports was carried out. As a result, we notice the silencing around LGBT+ agendas in the documentary production of public policies related to leisure in the national scenario, the absence of specific knowledge and research on this audience and their needs with regard to leisure, the reproduction of events as policies isolated from the representation of leisure of this population, and also the existence of public policies specifically associated with the control and biopoliticization of life through the regulation of health issues isolated from the violence that this population suffers. ; Entendiendo que vivimos en una sociedad que excluye y silencia a los sujetos de prácticas sociales y culturales, por las avenidas identitarias que atraviesan estas personas y que resultan en diversas discriminaciones - entre ellas, las poblaciones LGBT+, y considerando que esta exclusión promueve una negación del acceso a derechos como el ocio, este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar y analizar las agendas LGBT+ relacionadas con las políticas públicas de ocio en el escenario brasileño.
