      The present course conclusion work brings to the fore a strategy of planning and development as a work process and an organization for the pedagogical work for the education of young people and adults (EJA). Added to that, is important too, consider the specific objective, that is: verify how works the pedagogical planning in the school; analyze how the measurement of teaching can influence the quality of teaching; identify if the planning carried out at the school meets the specifications of Youth and Adult Education. The research is justified by the interest in knowing the management practices, since it is an object of great challenge, especially when we consider it a transformation tool in front of the demands of education, scheduled in the pedagogical actions through the practice of planning. In order to base theoretically as the conceptions between the lines of the work were brought reflections of theorists such as Gandin (2001), Padilha (2001), Sorte (2000 and 2009), Bordignon and Gracindo (2004), Rodrigues (1986), Cury Strelhow (2010), Padilha (2001), Kosik (1976), among others. The research is characterized by being qualitative and constitutes as a field research carried out in a municipal elementary school in João Pessoa. The data analysis was performed through the semi-structured interview of the manager and documental documentation of the Educational Political Project of the institution. After analyzing the data, it was possible to conclude that the PPP of the school, which represents the planning, brings theoretical and pragmatic conceptions and is able to trace the perspectives of positive changes that corroborate the resignification of the EJA.
