Bachelor thesis: Typology of roman medical and surgical instruments and their use in civilian and military environments and their display in iconography Annotation: Bachelor thesis focuses on description of individual roman medical and surgical instruments, their part's and usage options. I also want to summarize the known informations about Roman physicians and compare their work in civilian and military environments according to the findings of their instruments in the territory of the Roman Empire, both in mainland Italy and in the provinces. In the last part of the bachelor's thesis I will describe the dislpay of instruments, medics and their practices in iconography. ; Název práce: Typologie římských lékařských a chirurgických nástrojů a jejich užití v civilním a vojenském prostředí a jejich zobrazení v ikonografii Anotace: Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis jednotlivých římských lékařských a chirurgických nástrojů, jejich částem a možnostem použití. Dále hodlám shrnout známé informace o římských medicích a porovnat jejich práci v civilní a vojenské sféře podle nálezů jejich nástrojů na území Římské říše, čili jak v pevninské Itálii, tak v provinciích.
