Introduction: The occurrence of skin lesions, regardless of their etiology, sometimes requires monitoring by health services. Objective: To identify, in the scientific literature, the organization of care services for skin lesions in Brazil. Methods: Integrative review carried out from January to February 2021, in the Virtual Health Library, applying the PICO strategy to formulate the guiding question. Results: Seven articles were analyzed, emerging thematic categories on structural organization (physical structure); material and inputs (treatment costs); and functional (working protocols) of the services. Inadequacies were identified regarding the physical space of the dressing rooms, and the equipment needed to carry out the procedures; in addition to highlighting the need to systematize the care provided and train the professional. Conclusion: It was possible to identify the potentials and needs for the implementation of quality care for patients with skin lesions, with the dressing rooms as a setting; in addition to contributing to new studies, making the theme more evident for the scientific and healthcare community. ; Introducción: La ocurrencia de lesiones cutáneas, independientemente de su etiología, requiere en ocasiones un seguimiento por parte de los servicios de salud. Objetivo: Identificar, en la literatura científica, la organización de los servicios de atención a las lesiones cutáneas en Brasil. Métodos: Revisión integrativa realizada de enero a febrero de 2021, en la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud, aplicando la estrategia PICO para formular la pregunta orientadora.
