      International audience ; The contribution of this paper is an attempt to present a report of experience by some reflections and results of using the theater as a methodological alternative to trigger skills and attitudes in students in teacher education. These activities are occurring in the Faculty of Education Center Franciscan University, Santa Maria, through interdisciplinary activities involving in particular the disciplines of Teaching Science I and II, Teacher Training and Professional Development and Pedagogy of Art: Theatre. It is perceived that these actions are allowing access, reflection and apprehension of knowledge prioritized in different disciplines, as well, has promoted the demonstration of skills and abilities that other alternatives would be little overt and experienced. The dynamics of the approaches of the theater in this educational area is hurrying through the theoretical basis of the different areas of knowledge and learning activities promoted by classrooms and other academic areas. It was found that this proposition has provoked new educational readings, reflections, and records a different look in context of knowledge and reality, as well as the experience of teaching an alternative teaching and learning combining theory with practice. Thus, we present the contributions and pedagogical challenges that the actions made possible by interdisciplinary theater trigger when taken by teachers and students. ; A contribuição deste artigo está na tentativa de apresentar um relato de experiência por meio de algumas reflexões e resultados da utilização do teatro como alternativa metodológica para desencadear habilidades e atitudes científicas nos estudantes em formação docente.
