      This investigation is inside of line of research Formation of Teachers of Pós-Graduation Program of UFSM, according to the research plan that the Drª Teacher Silvia Maria de Aguiar Isaia is developing. The context is the Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões Campus Santiago, and it has as subject teachers from the Major graduation. The theme: the dinamic of construction of identify process of teachers from the Major of URI-Santiago: revealing the mean of to be teacher forming others teachers, and has as objectives (1) to apprehend elements of the trajectory of formation of major s teachers, demarcating singulars aspects of teaching trajectory in superior education, detecting elements of construction process to be a teacher, (2) to establish a professional/institucional profile, apprehending the singularity of reality, intending the structuration of skilful views to collaborate with a reading of institutional group, awaking in the teacher the desire of reflection about himself in the professional and personal points, (3) to understand the means constructed during the teacher s trajectory, in relation of the constitution of teachers as teachers forming others teachers, (4) to construct one reference about the teacher s identify from the major graduation, giving some meaning to the interactive process of institutional dinamic, personal and professional, to contribute for the formation process of this group. This research develops in two stages. In the first, 36 teachers answered the closed and objective questionnaire which had quant-qualifying process for analyse. With the fond of, is possible to construct one first comprehension of identify process of the group. In the second stage, having as reference the interview almost structured, the work is to try to understand the identify universe of these subjects, giving the opportunite for a moment to reflect, for them to understand the reality of their work: to form teachers.
