نبذة مختصرة : The main objective of this study was to describe the implementation process of the Family Health Support Center (NASF), with an emphasis on issues related to the planning and formulation of teams in two municipalities in the extreme south of Brazil. Physical Education was included in the composition of this policy. The locations of the study correspond to São José do Norte and Santa Vitória do Palmar, both located in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul. They are geographically similar, small and have characteristics of rural predominance. type case study, where the health managers of the municipalities studied were heard through semi-structured interviews. In total, four managers were consulted, two from each municipality. The analysis of the interviews was inspired by some tools of the Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA).
