نبذة مختصرة : This study aims to assess nurses' legal compliance with the nursing code of ethics in health services at the Medan Denai Health Center, located on Jalan Jermal XV, Medan Tenggara. The research method used is quantitative with a sociological and descriptive juridical approach. The total sample used was 12 nurses using total sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire that included demographic data and compliance with the nursing code of ethics. The research results showed that the majority of nurses had memorized and implemented the nursing code of ethics well in their practice. However, several obstacles were also found related to physical and mental fatigue and limited facilities. Based on these findings, it is recommended to add nursing staff, update facilities, continue training, optimize service flow, and improve communication between staff. This research concludes that efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Medan Denai Community Health Center are still needed to meet ethical and professionalism standards.
