نبذة مختصرة : The article analyzes consumer satisfaction rate and ratings on the global information market based on important aspects of the information products and services, such as profitability, purchasing power, price, convenience and production scope. According to our research, trends in the development of the information products and services show that it is the quality that contributes to the growth of customer satisfaction and profitability. With this in mind, this article analyzes the quality indicators and criteria of information products and services. Creating marketing communications of the company studied as an information service for this study. Based on expert methodology, the qualitative indicators of information products and services have been analyzed. Experts have been selected from of specialists and executives of the information business companies.
