      In this course conclusion work, the general objective is to analyze the perception of pedagogy interns on School Management at EJA and as specific objectives: Verify the action of School Management at EJA in welcoming pedagogy interns, investigate the existence of Management Democratic at EJA, learn about the pedagogical practices carried out through school management at EJA, investigate the existence of access to the school's Pedagogical Political Project, identify, through the experiences of pedagogy interns, the resources existing in schools during the EJA shift and finally reflect on the relevance of the school manager’s role in Youth and Adult Education. The main means of carrying out data collection were structured interviews, through online meetings using the audio-recording mechanism with students from the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Paraíba who carried out the activities of the mandatory internship discipline at the Youth and Adult Education. The interviews focused on a questionnaire developed based on specific objectives, therefore, this research has an exploratory qualitative approach, also using articles and books that helped in the construction and foundation of this work. The questionnaire applied has 14 (fourteen) open questions in its construction with the intention of deepening the results, it was possible to apply this type of questionnaire as the group of participants had in its composition a total of 7 (seven) students from the Pedagogy of Education course. UFPB. The results obtained made it possible to analyze how School Management in EJA is fundamental so that we can understand how managers collaborate so that the school environment develops important work, as well as welcoming and organization are necessary aspects so that students of the Pedagogy course are able to carry out the activities planned during the mandatory internship in the area of deepening Youth and Adult Education in the mandatory internship discipline V – Youth and Adult Education at the University Federal ...
