Niniejszy artykuł traktuje o samodzielności jurysdykcyjnej sądu w prawie państwowym. W tekście zaprezentowano definicje i rozwój historyczny samodzielności jurysdykcyjnej. Ukazany został również zakres samodzielności jurysdykcyjnej sądu państwowego w trzech procedurach: karnej, cywilnej i sądowoadministracyjnej, ze wskazaniem na istotne różnice w podejściu do samodzielności jurysdykcyjnej w każdej z nich. ; This article concerns the independence of jurisdiction of the court in the state law. It presents definitions and historical development of the independence of jurisdiction. The level of jurisdictional independence of the state court in three procedures: the criminal, civil and administrative, is also pictured in the article, indicating significant differences in the approach to independence of jurisdiction in each of them.
