      the objective of the investigation - assess the impact of aerobic workload on cognitive function and quality of life of people suffering depression. the goals of the investigation: 1. assess people suffering depression cognitive functions prior to the application of aerobic workload, after 12 days and at the end of application of aerobic workload. 2. assess people suffering depression quality of life prior to the application of aerobic workload, after 12 days and at the end of application of aerobic workload. 3. compare the effectiveness of aerobic workload on cognitive function and quality of life in the course of the investigation. conclusions: 1. aerobic workload improves cognitive functions: longer application of aerobic workload is having a greater impact on cognitive functions (p<0,05). 2. aerobic workload improves the quality of life of people suffering with depression:longer application of aerobic workload has a greater impact on physical activity, the restriction of activity due to physical illness and emotional problems, on pain, the rating of general health, energy and vitality, social function, the rating of emotional status (p<0,05). 3. aerobic workload application for 24 days had a higher efficiency on cognitive functions than on quality of life.
