      Organizations have talent strategies that help them compete successfully for the best talented people, but different strategies, different talent management approaches also affect other important areas of the organization that also determine the performance of organizations. The scientific literature analyzes talent management approaches as part of human resource management, but theoretical approaches are difficult to integrate or link, making it difficult to find a unified talent management system and even talent definition, as well as their links to different organizational job satisfaction or justice. The aim of this work is to identify the links between different approaches of talent management systems, job satisfaction and organizational justice. Work tasks: 1. To examine the concept of talent, talent management approaches and process, job satisfaction and organizational justice, presented in the scientific literature, to reveal their importance in organizations and to discuss their connections. 2. Conduct a study of talent management, employee job satisfaction and organizational justice assessment. 3. Identify the relationship between talent management and employee job satisfaction and test hypotheses. 4. Identify the relationship between talent management and organizational justice and test hypotheses. In this work, comparative analysis and synthesis of scientific literature and its systematization were used to gather information. A quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire. The hypotheses in the work: • H1 - Exclusive talent management system negatively affects employee satisfaction and organizational justice. • H2 - An inclusive talent management system has a positive effect on employees ’sense of satisfaction and organizational justice. Hypothesis H1 can be rejected because only one condition is met - a negative correlation between job satisfaction.
