The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the effects of amor fati on the affirmation of oneself from its stimulus, on the expression of human difference from its uniqueness, on the courage and authenticity of becoming who you are. The need for security leads man to believe in the ideal world, the established Morality as well as the Christian promises which, in the philosopher's conception, are merely illusory insofar as they do not give man the certainties he really wants. In stark contrast to the epistemic foundations of metaphysics and morals with regard to the attempt to generalize men, coupled with Christian appeals to establish herd morals, Nietzsche offers a relentless critique as they inhibit the expression of difference, for uniqueness is suppressed by generalization. At Gaia Ciência (1882) and Assim Falou Zarathustra (1883 -1885) the philosopher argues that man has the creative power (vis creative) and not only the power of contemplation (the contemplative). The same can be seen throughout the missives Nietzsche writes during the period of Zaratustra's elaboration, a work that will, in fact, lead him to consolidate amor fati, in that he will also test it in the most extreme way with thought of the “Eternal Return”, leading Nietzsche oneself to overcoming, as we argue from both the analysis of his personal correspondences written in parallel with the creation of the first three books of Zarathustra and their study. Through verification of the human search for security and the apparent paradox that implies loving a destiny that involves, albeit potentially, some kind of pain, we seek to unveil how amor fati can be, at the same time, a gift from Nietzsche to humanity and a defense to face the uncertainties of life in order to free man from its bonds. This issues of love and the ability to say what repels us, as well as suffering and overcoming. Through a feeling of gratitude about life, it is possible to establish amor fati, which gives man the courage to affirm oneself, by expressing his difference in ...
