      Ovaj završni rad istražuje sustave motivacije i nagrađivanja u svrhu poticanja organizacijske uspješnosti. Rad analizira različite teorije motivacije, uključujući Maslowljevu hijerarhiju potreba, Herzbergovu dvofaktorsku teoriju i teoriju očekivanja, te kako se te teorije primjenjuju u poslovnom okruženju. Također se razmatraju različite vrste nagrada, uključujući financijske i nefinancijske nagrade, te njihov utjecaj na motivaciju zaposlenika. Na kraju, rad nudi preporuke za implementaciju učinkovitih sustava motivacije i nagrađivanja kako bi se postigli optimalni rezultati u organizacijama. ; This thesis explores motivation and reward systems for enhancing organizational performance. It analyzes various motivation theories, including Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factory theory, and expectancy theory, and how these theories are applied in a business environment. Different types of rewards, including financial and non-financial rewards, and their impact on employee motivation are also considered. The empirical research coducted as part of this thesis shows that well - structured motivation and reward systems can significantly improve work efficiency and overall organizational performance. Finally, the thesis offers recommendations for the implementation of effective motivation and reward systems to achieve optimal results in organizations.
