      Washington State HB 1499 is a drug decriminalization bill that the student lead club Collegiate Community Transitions (CCT) at the University of Washington - Bothell, supports, and encourages students and community members to contact representatives to support. This bill, known as the Pathways to Recovery Act, would remove penalties for “personal use” amounts of illegal substances while expanding outreach and recovery services to those that are in need.
