نبذة مختصرة : Обследовано 36 детей с обструктивными и необструктивными пиелонефритами, у которых изучены полиморфизмы генов IL-4 (С589Т) и TNFa (С308А), а также выявлены содержание IL-4, TNFa, IL-8, IL-1ß, IFN-γ в период разгара и ремиссии заболевания у носителей полиморфных аллелей в сравнении с детьми, не имеющих изучаемых мутаций. Выявлено, что у здоровых детей, проживающих в Забайкалье, вариант СТ гена IL-4 выявляется чаще, чем вариант GА гена TNFa. У детей при пиелонефритах мутация гена IL-4 (С589Т) встречается чаще, чем у здоровых детей. Присутствие варианта С589Т гена IL-4 у больных сопровождается более низкими значениями IL-8 в период разгара. Выявлены высокие показатели IFN-γ у носителей полиморфизма С308А гена TNFa в период ремиссии. ; Was to study 36 children with obstructive and nonobstructive pyelonephritis, at which polymorphisms of genes of IL-4 (C589T) and TNFa (G308A), and also were revealed the maintenance of IL-4, TNFa, IL-8, IL-1ß, IFN-γ in the period of a heat and disease remission at carriers polymorphic allely in comparison with children, not having studied mutations. Was to reveal that in the healthy children living in Zabaikalie, the variant of ST of a gene of IL-4 comes to light more often than GA option of a gene of TNFa. In children at pyelonephritises the mutation of a gene of IL-4 (C589T) meets more often than in healthy children. Presence of C589T option of a gene of IL-4 in patients is accompanied by lower IL-8 values in the period of a heat. High rates of IFN-γ at carriers of polymorphism of G308A of a gene of TNFa during remission are revealed.
