نبذة مختصرة : The research work developed in the years 2023 and 2024 focused on the construction of an environmental culture for initial education around water in an educational community of the Municipality of Malambo Atlántico is reported, a solid bibliographic review was carried out, looking for the experiences that have been implemented within educational institutions, The research approach on which the research consultation was focused was qualitative as far as possible with a socio-critical paradigm, as a conclusion it was found that environmental education and the construction of a water culture is a topic that is not very strengthened in the plans and programs of early education, and the approach to this topic must be fundamentally centered from the ludic to generate a really significant learning. ; Se reporta el trabajo de investigación desarrollado en los años 2023 y 2024 centrado en la construcción de una cultura ambiental para la educación inicial en torno al agua en una comunidad educativa del Municipio de Malambo Atlántico, se realizó una sólida revisión bibliográfica, buscando las experiencias de que se hayan implementado dentro de instituciones educativas, el enfoque de investigación en el cual se centró la consulta investigativa fue cualitativo en lo posible con un paradigma sociocrítico, como conclusión se encontró que la educación ambiental y la construcción de una cultura del agua es un tema poco fortalecido en las planes y programas de educación inicial, y el abordaje de este tema debe estar centrado fundamentalmente desde la lúdica para generar un aprendizaje realmente significativo
