The taking of this case is To find out nursing care in type II DM patients with nursing problems instability of blood glucose levels. Care nursing on diabetes mellitus patients with problem nursing instability rate glucose blood in the Mawar room RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo on 15 – 17 September 2022 which was carried out for 3 days. Method used with approach process nursing which includes assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study found that Mr.S experienced instability in blood glucose levels by complaining of weakness and frequent urination up to 10x/day and GDA 202 mg/dl. From analysis the done action management hyperglycemia And diabetes mellitus diet education. The results of the evaluation on Mr.S with client criteria looked fresh, limp reduced with increased muscle strength on a scale of 5, mouth looked moist, frequency of urination 6x/day. Then patient And family understand about education provided nurse so that patient And family understand importance role arrangement pattern Eat on diabetes mellitus in control rate glucose blood so that rate glucose blood still stable And controlled.
